What is your return policy?

1. Return Period All items purchased from "Faire de la Mode" can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Condition of Returned Items Products should be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact using the Return Portal.

3. Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges If you prefer to exchange an item, you can do so via the Return Portal. Products should be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Exceptions Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships. Please be aware that there may be occasional scanning delays as your package makes its way to you.

Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?

If you'd like to request a change, please contact hello@fairedelamode.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that your item may ship before we can make any changes.
